Returns, Refunds, Warranty And Shipping Policy

RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

It is important to make sure you are ordering the correct items as ALL sales are final. THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS.

Returns: Returns must be made within 15 days after delivery in brand new unopened condition. ALL returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items that are returned must be returned inside of a box, packaging that is damaged will be refused.

(refused packages by the shipping company will be treated as returned)

Cancellations: All canceled orders are subject to a 10% cancellation/processing fee under no exceptions. Once an order has been shipped it can NOT be cancelled. Special order items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and can NOT be returned or exchanged.

Items that are returned as ineligible as listed below will be refused.

Ineligible for return: the following below can NOT be returned with no exceptions.

Opened or used items
Installed or test fitted items
Scratched or damaged items
Dirty, damaged or opened packaging
Poorly packaged items upon return
Gift cards
Voided manufacture seals
special ordered items
Products missing parts
H.A.R. Wheels does Not cover return shipping fees for packages sent for returns

LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES
Lost packages: Our responsibility is to prepare your order for shipping. Once Shipped the shipping company is now responsible for the delivery of your package. If your package is lost by the shipping company, you the buyer are responsible for working with us to open a claim with the shipping company. Claims can take 2-6 weeks for the shipping company to complete. During this time the shipping company will reach out to you in order to approve or deny the claim. We CANNOT refund or reship lost or stolen packages that are not approved by the shipping company.

Stolen Packages: If you believe your package has been stolen, you are responsible for filling a police report and working with our local deliverer to retrieve your package. The shipping company or H.A.R. Wheels is not responsible for delivered packages that have been stolen.

Packages are covered by the basic insurance amount APPROVED by the shipping company

WARRANTIES
Any damaged or defected items must be warranted through the manufacture of the product. We are not liable or responsible for product issues. We sell products but do not make them. We cannot replace or refund items that are damaged or defected.

SHIPPING
We do not ship internationally

FINANCING
We do not allow change in order if processed through finance company.
We offer financing through a third party company.

 

PROCESSING 

All in-stock items take a minimum of Two weeks to ship. Special order items are subject to longer wait time. 

We do not hold, store, or share any person information given to us.
